Founded by Brice and Erin Addelman, our company blends construction expertise with a modern, client‑focused approach that’s quickly earning the trust of homeowners and developers across La Plata County.
Brice brings over 24 years of hands‑on building
experience, including the construction of 14 homes in the Durango area. Erin was raised in Durango and she leads the operational and client‑experience side of the business, ensuring every project runs smoothly, transparently, and with the level of care our community deserves.
